Right now, I am in a place of having to pray and ask God what He wants me to do. I’m facing some big life choices that would lead me down one path versus another. The decisions are both work-related and personal.
I am not the best at waiting. I like answers and I like to have them now please and thank you. It’s kind of the nature of the business I work in.
We are also in a global pandemic... if you didn’t hear. I feel like we’ve all been WAITING for six months now. Just waiting for life to get back to normal. Waiting to be able to go back to church, waiting for the 2020 ELECTION TO BE OVER BECAUSE WE JUST CANNOT STAND THE FIGHTING ANYMORE.
Annie writes about how waiting and being patient with the Lord will pay major dividends:

When I read that... I remember and realize how patient God truly has been with me and my shenanigans.
All I have to do is pray and ask Him to help me to be patient.
