By day I work at a public relations firm in Minnetonka, Minnesota. I pivoted into communications from a five-year career in television news. On the side, I freelance write and produce for a number of different publications.​

In my spare time, I volunteer as a youth leader at my local church and advocate for cancer research. My mom was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2020.
